All products are sourced through us rather than brought in from outside retailers. Products sold on Amazon and other retail sites vary widely in coating, finish, and material composition. Some coatings block the laser. Some finishes produce an inconsistent burn. When we supply the product, we know exactly what’s going into the machine and can guarantee the output.
